 Hey Arbors, Come out Strong and enjoy the Tiger Trek! Enjoy the mini parade and Support your Mansfield Tigers Band !  

Date: Saturday August 19th Time: 8:00 am 

Parade Route and QR code for any donation provided in this post. 

Also, they will have a bucket at the end of the band if you just want to make a quick Cash Donation!

 COLLEGE FOOTBALL FEVER           

                                              * Experiment *    

 College Sports Only!  Trying to add another Layer of Excitement and Pride within the Arbors! Just trying to Add a little more Fun.  Show Your Pride and Fly your Teams Flag !

How it works:

*For a $25.00 donation you can Fly your Team Flag for the weekend.  

* It’s First Come, First Serve for the weekend of your Choosing. 

 * Only 1 weekend can be reserved at a time.  If a weekend is open you can the  request an additional weekends. Any open weekends will be made available the weekend prior. 

 * You must provide your own Flag. Standard Flag size of 3x5 but can accommodate up to 5x7.

 * Drop off Flag and donation by the Friday afternoon of your week. Basically my home and in the Arbors Drop Box. 1101 Brook Arbor Dr. 

 * You can make reservations either email or text me at

 * Please remember this is an experiment and a work in progress so please bear with us. However, If logistically goes well and is well received and the interest is there we can continue this idea for other college sports. ie.. Baseball, Basketball, etc.. 

 * All donations received will go directly back into the Landscaping budget, Especially for the Flagpole.  Hope this idea works well, Hope this idea adds to even more neighborhood Pride and Excitement about living in the Arbors !

Arbors Flag Pole 

 The HOA is so very Happy and Proud to announce the installation of the Arbors of Creekwood Flag Pole!  

Makes us so Proud to Live in America!! Makes us so Proud to Live in the Arbors!

Now, it’s still a work in progress. Up lighting will be installed Wednesday. 

Landscaping edging to be installed within the next few weeks and then finally plants and flowers in the Fall!  

I’m sure everyone in the Arbors will absolutely Love this Improvement! 

 Life in the Arbors 

The school year is about to start again soon. Please be on the lookout and proceed with Caution! Especially along Cannon Dr and Arbors Dr. That’s where they will be the most At Risk!

Speaking of Arbors Drive, please adhere to the Speed Limit. Unfortunately, we do have speeding issues ALL Up and Down Arbors Drive.

• To that end, we have requested the Mansfield Police Department to increase their Patrols within the Arbors to help with this issue.
• This is for the Safety of the Kids and Grandkids!

Annual Dues if you have not paid your Dues. Please contact the HOA to make your payment and help us avoid further measures.  Additional information is on HOA Dues Page.

Arbors Revitalizations Update

          Completed Projects…

• Landscaping…added upgraded brick edging (Arbors Drive), added increased irrigation, added fresh mulch.
• Upgraded/Replacement of several plants/bushes.
• Installed Up lighting to the Oak Trees along Arbors Dr.
• Painted Guard Shack.
• Coordinated with City for Street Repairs.

Pending Projects Update

• Neighborhood Flagpole. (Just waiting on the Manufacturer). To include up lighting and Landscaping.
• Complete upgrade Brick edging to the Landscape areas throughout the Arbors.
• Additional Plant/ Bushes upgrades.
• Continue with Street Repairs.
• Improvements/additional Christmas Decorations.
• Continue with Front Entrance Seasonal Decorations.
